We are unique.  Our existence is the answer to a non-profit's strategy to diversify its funding for the organization to continue to make an impact in the community. With decreasing federal and state funding sources, the non-profit began to explore other methods to provide a revenue stream for its programs and services in the Rio Grande Valley. 

These efforts led to the creation of a property management company that welcomes every customer in the neighborhood with open arms and a big heart. 

Our parent company is TuCasa Investments, Inc. of which 100% of the shares are owned by the non-profit organization. We are one of five social enterprises created to provide a needed service and to support the non-profit at the same time.
